Since 1982, American Hydrostatics has been a stocking distributor that has been working with many industrial manufacturers. We work with clients to provide a spare parts inventory providing and maintaining critical and long lead components for customers. We work with a range of customer in hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics and electrical components. We have highly skilled in house engineers that can cross reference components to give our customers the most cost effective solution.

Field Service

American Hydrostatics has been providing industrial services for over 15 years. We provide general and custom hydraulic and industrial services to solve your immediate hydraulic problem as well as onsite installation supervision tailored to meet your project needs and assure that objectives are obtained. From a simple job to full press rebuilds, American Hydrostatics’ primary goal is to work with the client, utilizing our extensive capabilities and meeting the challenges of any job to provide the most successful end results.

Controls

Having highly skilled plc programmers, builders and engineers, we provide full service of product assembly automation cells. This includes design and engineering set up of new automation cells and upgrade service for existing automation systems. We have expert programmers with a wealth of experience in working with the industry standards: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, and Fanuc.

Testing

We are experienced in designing, engineering and building test and assembly fixtures. Our controls department has built and deployed destructive test assemblies, weight testing, lifecycle testing and qualification test systems. Our facility in Troy, MI has the capability to design, build and run all types of tests and comply with all the standard automotive test procedures.

Engineering

Our design and engineering capabilities range from simple industrial design to full product development. We are the experts in engineering and designing fluid schematics and circuits as well as system layouts. We provide CAD, CAE as well as industrial engineering solutions for tooling and mold design, all at a very competitive rate.

Procurement
